paw-common software package provides Physics Analysis Workstation (common files), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install paw-common
paw-common is installed in your system.
Make ensure the paw-common package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep paw-common *
You will get with paw-common package name, version, architecture and description in a table
